2. Services Description
Premier Sky Travel provides the following services:
- Domestic and international tour packages
- Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage packages
- Visa processing and documentation services
- Flight ticket bookings
- Travel insurance arrangements
- Hotel reservations
- Transportation arrangements
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official channels
- Quoted prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
3.2 Payment Schedule

4. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates
- Visa requirements are the customer's responsibility
- We are not liable for visa rejections or delays
- Health and vaccination requirements must be met by the traveler
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for bookings
- Comply with all airline, hotel, and destination regulations
- Arrive at airports and meeting points at designated times
- Carry required medications and travel essentials
- Follow instructions of tour guides and group leaders
- Respect local customs, laws, and regulations
- Maintain appropriate behavior during tours
- Keep travel documents secure at all times
6. Limitation of Liability
Premier Sky Travel acts as an agent for travel service providers. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- Not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Not responsible for visa rejections by embassies/consulates
- Not liable for force majeure events
- Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the service
- Not responsible for personal injuries or health issues during travel
7. Travel Insurance
While we can arrange travel insurance, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- Understand policy coverage and exclusions
- Provide accurate health information for insurance
- File claims directly with the insurance provider
- Carry insurance documents during travel
- Notify insurance provider immediately in case of claims
8. Price Changes and Surcharges
We reserve the right to increase prices due to:
- Changes in government taxes or fees
- Currency exchange rate fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges by airlines
- Increase in hotel rates
- Changes in visa fees
- Force majeure events affecting travel costs
9. Changes and Amendments by Us
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons
- Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided
- Major changes will be communicated promptly
- Customers may cancel without penalty if major changes are not acceptable
10. Complaints and Disputes
In case of complaints:
- Immediate issues should be reported to the tour guide/manager
- Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of travel completion
- We will acknowledge complaints within 7 working days
- Resolution will be attempted within 30 days
- Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration in Pakistan
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. No content may be reproduced without our written permission.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
