Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancellations@premierskytravel.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and may vary depending on the type of booking and time of cancellation.

2. Flight Ticket Cancellations

3. Tour Package Cancellations

4. Hajj & Umrah Package Cancellations

Special cancellation policies apply to Hajj and Umrah packages due to their religious nature and strict government regulations:

  • 90+ days before departure: 20% cancellation charges
  • 60-90 days before departure: 40% cancellation charges
  • 30-60 days before departure: 60% cancellation charges
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges
  • After visa issuance: No refund under any circumstances

5. Visa Service Cancellations

  • Before document submission: 80% refund of service fee
  • After document submission to embassy: No refund of service fee
  • Embassy/consulate fees: Non-refundable once paid
  • If visa is rejected: Service fee non-refundable; embassy fees may be partially refunded per embassy policy

6. Travel Insurance

  • Insurance premier is non-refundable once policy is issued
  • Cancellation before policy issuance: Full refund
  • Claims are processed directly with insurance provider as per policy terms

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 15-30 working days from cancellation approval
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer charges, if any, are borne by the customer
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 days to reflect in your statement
  • Processing fees of 2-3% may apply for refund processing

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be processed as per the policies of the respective service providers. We will make every effort to secure maximum refunds for our customers.

9. Booking Modifications

  • Date changes: Subject to availability and change fees
  • Name changes: Usually not permitted for flights; possible for hotels with fees
  • Package modifications: Allowed up to 30 days before departure with modification fees
